The HC8300FKS30H-YC11 filter element for wind turbine gearboxes is made of glass fiber material through processes such as pleating and bonding. It has a filtration accuracy of 12μm and can effectively filter out impurities and moisture in the lubricating oil, preventing pollutants like air and metal particles from entering the gearbox. This helps reduce the noise and vibration during gear meshing, and improves the reliability and operating efficiency of the wind turbine generator system.

Lubrication And Filtrartion System Proper lubrication of gears and bearings plays a significant role in gearbox relibablitily. Lubricant oil membrance reduces rolling and sliding contact of the gears and bearing,which ensures efficient opeartion and extends service life.
